MUTE EDGE - Newstart
Newstart was the first that multi@rts worked with on a community project in February 2001.
The project lasted six weeks and young people aged 14-16 yrs joined workshops in the areas of film-making, sound and photography. From the workshops two films were produced, as well as black and white photographs and three pieces of experimental music.
'Mute
Edge' was one of the films made during the workshop to document the need for
a Kappa in Haverhill and gain the public's views. The film was shown as part
of the 2001 CO-OP Young Film-makers festival in Bradford.
