The Face of 2000 was commissioned by Haverhill Town Council with Millennium Festival Lottery Funding.

Artist Chris Dorley-Brown photographed 2000 inhabitants of Haverhill during the year 2000 and used morphing software to create one unique face.

The equipment bought for use on the Face project was then transferred back to Haverhill Town Council who used it to start setting up Multi@rts.
